Silent Basket Items Needed

The Parent Boosters is having a Silent Basket Auction for Bandstock! But, we need assistance from each grade level to make this a success. Each grade is asked to bring in the following items to Mr. Hoover by March 9th (next Friday):

6th Grade - Pet Supplies (Dog & Cat)

toys, treats, blanket, leash, collar, brush, how-to books...anything you find in a pet store. Keep it simple.

7th Grade - Gardening

flower and/or vegetable seeds, gloves, hand tools, knee pads, pots, decorative items, watering can, gardening books/magazines...anything that can be used in a garden. Keep it simple.

8th Grade - Candles

jar candles, holiday candles, tea lights, candle holders, votives, etc.

9th Grade - Herbs & Spices

cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, garlic, sage, rosemary, mint, basil, oregano, any McCormick's seasoning grinder, etc. Keep it simple.

10th Grade - Spa (Bath & Body)

bubble bath, body lotion, shower gel, body wash, bath sponges, nail polish, emery boards, etc. Keep it simple.

11th Grade - Tea for Two

Flavored teas - Lipton, Bigelow, Celestial Seasonings, etc.

12th Grade - Chocolate

any kind of chocolate candy (not just a candy bar), chocolate flavored coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

Band Boosters - Bake your own

cake mixes, cookie mixes, dessert mixes, cookie cutters, measuring cups/spoons, recipe cards, plastic spoons, cookbooks, cookie sheets, cupcake pans, etc.

* All items need to be new and food items should be wrapped and sealed.

Anyone is welcome to donate a basket of their choice. Here are some ideas: movie/snack, outside fun, pool toys, Easter. Please contact Linda or Vicki if you are going to donate a basket so that we may include it in the program.

All basket items need to be turned in to Mr. Hoover/band boosters NO LATER than March 9th.
